Rosse Systems were invited to tender for the installation and commissioning of a new Intruder Alarm System (IAS) Grade 3 and additional IP Closed Circuit Television System (CCTV) to upgrade an exhibition gallery to meet Government Indemnity Scheme (GIS) standards. Following a successful bid for the tender Rosse's senior planner meet with Thackray staff and the project manager to walk through the specification and to agree on exact requirements and positioning of sensors, power supplies, IP sockets and new CCTV locations both inside and outside the exhibition gallery. An agreed timetable for the work was implemented and Rosse Systems were punctual, efficient, knowledgeable, and time economical in progressing the work to completion within the agreed time frame. Rosse Systems tendered electronic security works at Cartwright Hall Art Gallery back in 2017-18. Rosse coordinated well with the on-site team and was flexible in terms of working in a public building, which was partly open to the public and staff whilst work continued. They were aware of health, safety, and security issues on our site, and with guidance and discussion, they appreciated the needs of a Listed Building and the need to have sensitive interventions within the project delivery. The lead contractor for this project was always available for meetings at short notice and was ready to problem-solve when required.
